OSHA 10 Hour Training Seminar

The OSHA 10 Hour program is composed of
7 hours of required topics and 3 hours of optional topics.

Required Course Topics:

One Hour:

Introduction to OSHA
OSH Act/General Duty Clause 5(a)(1)
Inspections, Citations, and Penalties

One Hour:

Walking and Working Surfaces

One Hour:

Means of Egress and Fire Protection

One Hour:

Electrical

Three hours must be spent on three of the following topics (One Hour each)

Hazardous Materials
Machine Guarding
Hazard Communication
Bloodborne Pathogens
Safety and Health Programs

The remaining 3 hours may be spent on any other OSHA standard that meets the needs of your company. Possible topics include, but are not limited to the following:

Emergency Response & Process Safety Management
General Environmental Controls
Lockout / Tagout
Permit Required Confined Spaces
Materials Handling
Welding, Cutting, and Brazing
